Act as secondary mix designer.
Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.

Plans and develops organization policies and goals and implements goals through administrative personnel.
Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors.
Analyzes division or department budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made and allocates operating budget.
Follow through with customer satisfaction on jobs awarded. Monitor product quality during delivery and installation. Promotes organization in industry or trade associations.
Coordinates activities of divisions or departments to effect operational efficiency and economy.
Reviews status report and prepares project reports.
Directs preparation of directives to division or department administrator outlining policy, program or operations changes to be implemented.
Build & maintain relationships with agencies & community leaders.
