- Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
- Provides regular reports, analysis, and improvement measures on ongoing and completed projects.
- Verifies quotes with the sales team before submitting them to customers.
- Resolves problems and issues for assigned customers/accounts ensuring their expectations and requirements are met.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments as well as external vendors, as needed.
- Ensures accurate and timely project tracking.
- Manages and serves as the main contact person for assigned customers/accounts.

- Excellent verbal/nonverbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, set and balance competing priorities with good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of refrigeration and the HVAC industry is a plus.
- Education and/or experience equivalent to 10+ years of progressive Account Management or specialized customer support. A degree is preferable.
- Excellent customer service skills, including an ability to proactively address customer issues and concerns and the ability to forge strong working relationships with customers.
- Ability to understand and follow customers’ contract requirements, scorecards, etc.
- Ability to respond to after hours and/or weekend calls and resolve issues if needed.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Routing/logistics experience a plus
- Ability to solve problems and apply good judgment.
- Ability to use typical business tools including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CRM etc
- Ability to work constructively in a team environment and follow instructions from the Manager.
- Track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
