Education and/or experience equivalent to 10+ years of progressive Account Management or specialized customer support. A degree is preferable.
Excellent customer service skills, including an ability to proactively address customer issues and concerns and the ability to forge strong working relationships with customers.
Ability to understand and follow customers’ contract requirements, scorecards, etc.
Ability to respond to after hours and/or weekend calls and resolve issues if needed.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Routing/logistics experience a plus
Ability to solve problems and apply good judgment.
Ability to use typical business tools including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CRM etc
Ability to work constructively in a team environment and follow instructions from the Manager.
Track record of punctuality and reliability.
Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
