Participate in monthly CORE meetings to effectively communicate state of project financials to the leadership team.
Ensure all project costs (equipment, material, labor, etc..) are processed correctly and review non-reimbursable costs for proper coding. Track billing receipts and costs against budget and forecast.
Be prepared to respond to project-related audit requests from the owner or external auditor.
Manage pay application review process. Work with project team to generate timely billing and ensure stakeholders provide timely approvals resulting in favorable project cash flows.
Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
Conduct ongoing project cost analysis identifying trends and insights. Using analysis and trend data, prepare monthly financial reporting for project team and leadership.
Provide oversight to project coordinators including assistance with subcontractor management, lien waiver collection, billing backup support, contract change orders, etc.
Participate in subcontractor prequalification process and coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with AP subcontractor risk mitigation standards.
Assist project manager with budget management and analysis and preparation of monthly financial projections, including potential cost issues. Proactively identify project issues and ensure contract and budget compliance.
Prepare cost-plus, lump sum, or GMP contract billings, with required backup as needed.

History of progressively more complex experience with proven results including:
Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience creating financial analysis for business decision support.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, and/or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of project account experience. Data center experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Viewpoint Spectrum, Oracle TPM, and construction project management tools.
Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
This position may work remotely but is required to be onsite at the project location at least once per month during the project duration.
Experience in driving accountability for financial and operational effectiveness, integrating and aligning efforts within teams, monitoring results, and tackling problems directly.
