The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for full‑cycle recruitment, designing and executing efficient strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to fill positions with high‑quality talent while leading a team to expand talent acquisition marketing campaigns and boost applicant flow and brand awareness.
In this role you will establish creative sourcing strategies, act as a talent advisor to leaders, use data to develop and track recruitment metrics, manage the candidate experience, and coach HR Business Partners and hiring managers on strengths and improvement areas.
You will build strong relationships with HR and hiring managers to align recruiting tactics with business needs, partner with HR and Corporate Communications on job postings and social media initiatives, lead collaborative recruiting communications, and create process improvements to enhance efficiency.
The manager oversees the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑ to senior‑level positions, ensures compliance, maintains the applicant tracking system, manages external relationships such as search firms and universities, stays current on industry trends, and may support diversity, student outreach, immigration, and training programs.
- Develop and execute creative talent acquisition strategies to proactively source and screen high‑quality candidates.
- Serve as talent advisor, consulting leaders on hiring needs, best practices, and compliance with hiring laws.
- Use data analytics to track and optimize sourcing metrics and recruiting campaign performance.
- Manage candidate experience and coach HR Business Partners and hiring managers on strengths and improvement areas.
- Build strong relationships with HR managers and hiring leaders to align recruiting strategies with business needs.
- Partner with HR & Corporate Communications on job requisitions, postings, social media, advertising, and best practices.
- Lead collaborative recruiting communications across HR teams regarding potential candidates.
- Implement innovative process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑level to senior positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Ensure compliance while engaging passive candidates and maintain records in the applicant tracking system.
- Manage external talent partners such as search firms, agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
- Stay current on market and industry trends, sharing insights to enhance talent acquisition practices.
- Research and apply new sourcing techniques to develop cutting‑edge recruitment strategies.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, student outreach, college recruiting, immigration, and manager training programs.
- Participate in HR project work and represent the company at job fairs and college recruiting events.
- May supervise direct reports; role based in Versailles, OH with four days on‑site per week.

A bachelor's degree is preferred along with three to five years of talent acquisition leadership experience, preferably in medical device or high‑tech fields. Required skills include leadership, collaboration, HRIS/ATS proficiency, candidate screening, brand awareness, EEO/OFCCP knowledge, DEI initiatives, documentation, and strong communication. The position may have direct reports and is based in Versailles, OH, requiring four days on‑site per week.
- Possess 3‑5 years of talent acquisition leadership experience; experience in medical device or high‑tech sectors preferred.
- Demonstrate leadership, coaching, collaboration, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient with HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools; adept at candidate screening and interview processes.
- Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, and federal/state hiring regulations; experience with DEI initiatives.
