The Account Executive (AE) role has two primary functions: direct sales and customer service. AEs manage the entire customer experience from start to finish, including generating new business, meeting with insurance adjusters, submitting job documentation, and coordinating with internal teams such as the Project Coordinator, Supplement, and Production departments.
AEs must promptly upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and relevant notes into the CRM system after appointments to ensure accuracy and support internal workflow. They act as the main point of contact, providing regular updates, explaining insurance paperwork, coordinating selections and upgrades, and collecting payments, all while delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience that meets Legacy’s service standards.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $160,000 base salary, complemented by an uncapped commission structure; top performers can earn up to $220,000 annually. The role rewards high achievers while offering a stable salary foundation.
