Create and deliver communication collateral, key messages, and branded materials.
Collaborate with senior advisors to implement strategic communications plans.
Build strong internal relationships to support proactive communications and issues management.
Design and analyse surveys, preparing consultation summaries and reports.
Develop and implement community engagement programs to support project delivery.
Manage stakeholder relationship systems, enquiries, and reporting processes.
Organise and oversee community engagement events, both in-person and digital.
Provide expert advice on engagement programs, resourcing, and risk mitigation.

Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end engagement programs and events.
Adept at influencing, negotiating, and building consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience in community and stakeholder engagement, ideally in property, infrastructure or construction.
The preferred candidate must complete a national police check before an offer is made.
Empathetic and culturally aware, able to engage effectively with diverse communities.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
Confident in managing stakeholder relationships and navigating government priorities.
Skilled in survey design, analysis, and preparing consultation summaries.
