- Hanging and finishing drywall
- Constructing slab box outs, set sleeves
- Layout and installation of wall blocking
- The majority of work is completed on job sites in an office trailer or in an existing structure. Due to daily condition changes on construction projects, when employees are outside of the office trailer or structure, they must wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required by the company's safety policies and as required for weather conditions.
- Installing fire safing (isolations) and smoke seal
- pumping water, hanging doors/ceilings, setting tile, digging holes with shovels, using hand tools etc.
- Patching patch hollow metal doors and frames (bondo)
- Performing rough formwork
- Constructing scaffold
- Installation of roof blocking
- Constructing gang ladders

- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience.
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
- CPR/First Aid Training preferred.
- Forklift training preferred.
- Basic knowledge of reading blueprints is required.
- High school diploma preferred and on-the-job training required.
- Ability to make sound business decisions as it related to field operations.
- Team player, moving materials, lifting 70lbs +/-, working weekends,
- Ability to clearly speak and understand the English language.
- Must be able to read safety rules, instructions in the use and maintenance of truck, tools and equipment, and methods and procedures.
- Must be able to write with proper format, punctuation, spelling and grammar.
- Training in OSHA10-hour preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with little supervision and little direction.
