-Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. -10+ years of experience (for GM) / 5+ years (for AGM) in the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry. -Exposure to diverse, high-value interior design projects. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Knowledge of project management tools and interior design processes. -Business development acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
