  • Gather and report competitor activity, market intelligence, and potential misuse of Marshalls branding.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and training to improve installation standards, business practices, and customer service.
  • Promote Marshalls' products, services, and best practice standards to contractors, distributors, and consumers.
  • Deliver effective product and installation training to strengthen contractor expertise.
  • Support members' involvement in industry awards to encourage higher standards and showcase excellence.
  • Communicate new product information and commercial initiatives to ensure contractors are fully informed.
  • Recruit and develop contractors into the Marshalls Accredited Scheme to meet consumer demand for guaranteed installations.
  • Investigate guarantee claims, ensuring findings are reported accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Conduct regular workmanship and service assessments of accredited and prospective members.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of contractor interactions, assessments, and investigations.
