As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of property maintenance, manage service requests, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, vendor relationships, and daily workflow of the maintenance team, while collaborating with the Property Manager to meet operational goals and maintain safety compliance.
Core responsibilities involve creating daily action plans, coordinating unit turns, ensuring timely completion of work orders, conducting property inspections, supporting preventative maintenance, enforcing safety standards, managing supplies and inventory, maintaining accurate records, communicating with residents, participating in on‑call schedules, and performing additional duties as assigned.
