Represent VAA at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote VAA's services.
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders including the BD team, PIC and Client Leadership Team.
Work with existing client leads to continue fostering a relationship of trust and communication.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to align business goals with operational capabilities.
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and client research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Act as a brand ambassador by conducting work in alignment with VAA's 2030 vision, values, and goals.
Track and manage opportunities through the business development pipeline using CRM tools.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to secure repeat business and foster a positive reputation.

Benefits
Starting Annual Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 base with significant bonus incentives based on both company and individual performance. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
