Help develop and update project schedules, including tracking progress.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to ensure project alignment.
Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements
Assist in developing construction work packages and turnover documentation.
Assist field teams with layout, verification, and installation of construction elements.
Support procurement efforts, ensuring materials meet project specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm delivery schedules.
Support project managers in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Assist in creating purchase requisitions and tracking material orders.
Support safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with project safety standards.
Assist Project Management and Construction Management staff with field needs related, but not limited to, reporting, change management, field communications, etc.

Assist in collecting and analyzing project data for support of inspections, quality control, cost control, earned value management (EVM), and reporting.
Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
Perform various administrative tasks to support project execution.
Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
