Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our project teams and oversee all phases of construction from concept to completion within the Indian context. This role demands a dynamic leader adept at managing complex construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety, with a keen focus on the nuances of the Indian construction industry.

• Effective Communication: Utilize multilingual skills for clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and local communities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized Indian or international university.
• A minimum of five years of experience in construction management within the Indian market, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi language
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Indian construction regulations, green building certifications, and sustainability practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, with a keen eye for local architectural styles and requirements.
