Candidates must hold a Facilities Management or Maintenance Management certification (preferred) and possess at least three to five years of property/facility management experience with five years of supervisory experience. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, performance data analysis, budgeting, capital planning, and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems, central plants, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and landscaping. The role demands the ability to work under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, provide exceptional customer service, and travel up to 50% of the time.
