Owns data integrity management (accuracy/quality/change process) and takes action to ensure sustained;
Engage BU finance leads and teams in overall planning / budget process, manage timelines and allocate responsibility;
Support Finance leadership team and BU Navigators to plan and steer business results for cost of organization
Drive engagement and viewpoint action planning.
Ensure that management reporting is transparent and optimized across all units;
Support planning process for relevant cost of organization ensuring consistent information is presented and processes are optimized;
Embeds new processes so they are sustainable to deliver ongoing benefit;
Ensure clear roles, responsibilities and development plans are in place;
Support all Group Initiatives and represent FP&A Cost of Organization towards them
Develops team capability to work collaboratively with other teams;
Fulfil global requirements around management reporting, forecasting and budgeting. Drive continuous improvement.

Experience of FP&A or controlling roles in cost of organization across Functional, Commercial and ISC environments
