Manage all aspects of traffic ITS project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measures
Collaborate with industry experts and company leadership in a flexible work environment
Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met
Lead transformative traffic ITS projects that shape the future of mobility and infrastructure
Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents
Track and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards
Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team
Mentor and inspire talented teams dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation solutions
Serve as a “seller/doer,” developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areas

Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
Experience preparing proposals and project documentation as well as interpreting client contracts
Ability to travel as needed
Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processes with excellent communication skills
Active participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required
Ability to read and interpret detailed signal operating plans, cabinet hook-up charts and electrical schematics
IMSA Traffic Signal Technician Certification Level II or higher preferred
Strong knowledge of NEMA, 2070, and ATC controllers, including firmware and software
Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred
Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Transportation Engineering or related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred
Deep understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
