Maintain weekly progress reports, reporting and managing any changes/variations.
Generate biweekly/monthly snag lists and improvements.
Carry out project-specific scheduling.
Attend meetings with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
Become familiar with all details and specifications of the project.
Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place and implement the commissioning plan on site.
Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
Manage the project handover process and maintain the document management system.
Manage labour tracker.
Communicate any innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager (R&D).
Attend project start-up meetings.
Responsible for collating technical submittals, ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval.
Attend general site meetings and action points raised.
Raise and manage RFIs.
