Description

• Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including tendering, contract formation, negotiation, and administration.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
• Support dispute resolution and ensure effective risk management across all project phases.
• Oversee contractual correspondence, variations, claims, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with project, procurement, and finance teams to monitor budgets and cost performance.
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters to project leadership.
• Ensure all project activities comply with FIDIC contract requirements.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading giga project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing all contractual and commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage risks, and support project delivery within budget and schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract (Red, Yellow, or Silver Book).
• Experience working with leading contractors, consultants, or PMC organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• 5–15 years of experience in contracts management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
