Lead, motivate, & support a team of comprising 6 members - managing performance, standards, & punctuality
Record outputs & relevant KPIs daily using company systems
Monitor sub-assembly stocks & consumables, raising order requirements as needed
Work closely with the Operations team to understand & meet manufacturing targets
Assist with the induction, training, & development of employees in line with business requirements
Deliver day-to-day production requirements within the Laser, Press, Fabrication & Assembly departments
Participate in practical work to support production output & quality
Support continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations
Liaise with Supply Chain, Distribution, & Despatch to ensure priorities are aligned & completed
Uphold safe working practices & proactively identify improvement opportunities
Cover for other Team Leaders as required & ensure effective communication

Previous experience operating laser cutting machines - essential (Bodor preferred)
Experience within manufacturing - essential (ideally within the steel industry)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & coordinate workflow
Comfortable using digital systems to record production data & KPIs
Proven ability to lead, motivate, & coach a team
Good understanding of production targets, output planning, & performance management
Confident communicator able to work effectively with colleagues across departments.
Previous exposure to Steelway Brickhouse products (or similar) would be advantageous
