In this full‑time role, the roustabout will support field operations for Keystone Clearwater Solutions clients, handling the setup and removal of containment systems, generators, piping, pipelines, and manifolds, and will operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
- Set up and tear down generators, piping, containment, and related equipment.
- Operate heavy machinery such as telehandlers, skid steers, and loaders after training.
- Fuel, inspect, and complete daily safety checklists and documentation.
- Support water transfer and frac site activities, including back‑in truck operations.
- Communicate with teams via radio, phone, and in‑person and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 12‑hour shifts in all weather conditions, with travel and overnight stays as needed; prior experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil‑and‑gas work is preferred, and certifications in equipment operation or pipe fusing are advantageous.
