AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in infrastructure to join the team in Al Ula. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of complex infrastructure and building projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and have at least 15 years of construction management experience, including a minimum of 8 years with project management companies. A proven track record in managing large, multi‑functional infrastructure projects, strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, quality assurance, HSE standards, and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
