Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to soft services.
Conduct regular audits of soft services and implement corrective actions.
Support small-scale projects related to workspace enhancements and employee experience.
Oversee housekeeping operations, pantry services, and office upkeep.
Coordinate events, client visits, and ensure seamless stakeholder engagement.
Prepare reports on service performance, cost efficiency, and client feedback.
Supervise on-site staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
Review vendor performance, handle invoicing, and ensure compliance documentation.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for housekeeping and other soft services.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare presentations for client updates.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field.
Experience in managing vendors and client-facing operations.
Minimum 5 years in facility management with a strong focus on soft services.
Professional certifications in Facility Management (FMP, CFM) preferred.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or site lead role.
Customer service orientation with attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
