Communicate effectively and coordinate with clients on projects during planning, design, and construction.
Manage and execute conventional designbidbuild and alternate delivery of new and existing water, recycled water, and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.
Provide technical guidance and leadership in the development of innovative technical solutions for water and/or wastewater projects.
Work effectively in partnership with BC leadership, the Project Pursuit teams and PMs, and proactively coordinate activities undertaken by project teams in both local and remote offices.
Provide support and guidance for personnel in the project team who have PTL aspirations.
Mentor young professionals in the California offices.
Direct the work of, communicate effectively, and coordinate with project teams including multiple disciplines (drafters, designers, and other engineers).
Connect the Client, PM, independent reviewers and the project team to the project’s technical solutions.
Promote of Stantec’s project delivery structure that includes Project Managers and Project Technical Leads.

Education: B.S. degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering, M.S. preferred
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of water/wastewater treatment or conveyance experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience leading, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary teams involving internal personnel, subconsultants, vendors, and suppliers.
Understand and proactively satisfy client’s needs and expectations.
