Perform all assigned task in a professional manner in order to reflect the highest integrity of the Custodial Department.
Remove cobwebs.
Maintains confidentiality according to policy.
Cleans and dusts furniture, exhibit cases, fixtures, windows, doors, trim, and related furnishings; moves furniture, supplies and miscellaneous as directed.
Cleans toilets and sanitizes restrooms including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of all surfaces andstocks restroom with supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
Locks and unlocks doors and windows to offices and other rooms as necessary. Turns off light when rooms are unoccupied.
Takes trash to assigned areas.
Keeps hallways and pathways clear of carts, cleaning equipment and tools.
Performs routine cleaning of administrative offices, lobbies, cafeterias, lounges, corridors, elevators and stairways in a clean, neat and sanitary manner.
Clean and/or polish tables, benches and chairs.
Treat all individuals with dignity and respect
Follows all infection control practices including hand washing techniques.
Understand and support the company's direction
Collects both recyclable and non-recyclable waste and replace trash cans liners.
Telephones should be periodically cleaned using germicidal and cleaner disinfectants.
Provide superior service to our customers and employees
Encourage open communication throughout the company
Manage human and financial resources wisely
At the end of the shift equipment must be left clean and ready to use including cleaning materials.
Custodial closets will remain locked at all times.
Clean light switches, door and walls, tops of modular furniture and blinds.
