- Operate a pit loader within company guidelines and safety standards.
- Complete daily pre‑ and post‑inspection of working areas and ensure adequate berms and roadways.
- Perform pre‑shift safety inspection on equipment and report needed repairs to the supervisor.
- Ensure safe operations around conveyors, surge piles, and crushers.
- Carry out daily preventative maintenance such as tire pressure, oil, grease, fuel checks, and leak inspections.
- Maintain safe traffic flow throughout the site.
- Operate other equipment, including excavators and haul trucks, safely as needed.
- Assist in training co‑workers as required.

Candidates should hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, and have background in maintaining and operating mobile or construction equipment, preferably with at least six months of front‑end loader experience.
