- Prepare chemical and biological waste for shipment, create federal/state waste documents, and manage related paperwork.
- Safely handle hazardous waste containers on client sites and load/unload waste from vehicles.

- Perform and document Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) audits for clients as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and innovative solutions.
- Develop expertise in state and federal regulations (e.g., RCRA, DOT, OSHA) to ensure client compliance.
- Conduct spill response assessments and cleanup efforts.
- Rotate on‑call responsibilities as part of the Emergency Response team.
- Safety‑sensitive role handling hazardous chemicals and biological waste, including use of personal protective equipment.

The role requires a valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to report within one hour during emergency response shifts. Starting base pay in New Jersey ranges from $25 to $25 USD, and actual compensation may vary based on education, experience, skills, location, and budget.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hazardous‑waste industry or relevant military experience.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and implement strategies.
- Skill in building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to work regular overtime and flexible Monday‑Friday hours.
- Commitment to complete a 2‑3 year professional advancement program in hazardous waste management.
- Ability to report to office within 1 hour during emergency response rotating shifts.
- Valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Consent to motor vehicle record screening, background check, pre‑employment physical, and drug testing (including THC).
- Eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds regularly.
- Prior relevant industry experience.
- Successful experience in a customer‑service role.
- Active HAZWOPER 24‑ or 40‑hour certification.
- Willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
