Designing and developing eLearning modules, training guides, and blended learning programs using modern instructional design principles.
Establish training systems
Developing learning assets such as videos, graphics, simulations, and assessments to support both in-person and digital learning delivery.
Partnering with subject matter experts to analyse learning needs and translate complex information into clear, engaging training content.
Implementing and maintaining learning management system (LMS) content, ensuring materials are up to date, relevant, and accessible.
Create a full library of engaging, effective and relevant learning content

Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials and eLearning modules for diverse audiences is essential.
New role with the ability to build it from the ground up
Strong written and visual communication skills, with an eye for layout, branding, and clarity.
Experience implementing or managing LMS platforms.
The flexibility to occasionally travel to sites to gather insights and test materials in the field.
Excellent organisation, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and strong digital design skills. Experience with Employment Hero and or Go1 an advantage.
Skills in video production, editing, and multimedia creation.
A creative mindset and a passion for designing learning experiences that make a real difference.
The ability to extract technical knowledge from subject matter experts and convert it into structured, learner-focused materials.
Qualifications in Instructional Design, Education, Training & Assessment, or a related field will be highlight regarded.
