The Graduate Architect position is based in Houston, Texas, reporting to senior architects and project managers, and involves preparing and reviewing models, drawings, contract documents, renderings, and design details throughout all design phases while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare and review architectural models, drawings, and contract documents across all design phases.
- Collaborate with Project Architects, Senior Architects, and multidisciplinary teams on technical assignments.
- Develop design solutions, renderings, sketches, and detailed documentation to communicate intent.
- Perform entry‑level tasks, follow senior staff instructions, and meet schedule and quality standards.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on emerging design technologies and processes.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture or design from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in Revit; experience with Bluebeam, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, self‑motivation, and ability to meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to be mentored by leadership.
