Assist with job office set up
Assist the project team with the initial set up of CMiC, i.e. Submittal Log Registry
Prepare and maintain Submittal Logs
Prepare and maintain RFI Logs in CMiC
Assist in the creation and organization of all closeout binders
Assist in the preparation and distribution of punch lists and weekly maintenance in PlanGrid
Assist in posting RFI’s to Contract Documents and maintaining the accuracy of the projects as-builts
Assist in the procurement of all front-end Submittals
Work with the projects PE(s), SPE(s) and APM(s) to compile contract close out documents (O&M manuals, As-Builts, etc.)
Assist the project team with managing progress photo documentation via utilizing PlanGrid
Attend project meetings and assist in the preparation / distribution of meeting minutes
Assist the project team with the initial set up of PlanGrid to organize the contract documents for the teams use
Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all (client, design professionals, various WEO departments, WEO project team, inspectors, and subcontractors)
Assist in the Material Procurement process. Follow up with Subcontractors and Material Suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries to the site
Assist in entering RFI’s in CMiC and the distribution to appropriate project team members
Assist the project team with meeting minutes as needed
Assist with the procurement of close out submittals
Assist with updating the Material Procurement Log and assist with expediting the procurement of all materials / equipment
Assist the Superintendent(s) with the maintenance of schedules
