Description

Under the direction of the Regional Agency Manager, this position supports an agency program by performing agency visits, monitoring agent operations, delivering sales and marketing support, expanding the company's book of business, ensuring implementation of agent corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Identify prospective agents, generate leads, and convert them.
• Contact new and existing agents to discuss needs; maintain contact lists and follow up to build relationships.
• Emphasize Alliant National features to solve agent problems and become an expert in meeting agent needs.
• Meet designated sales numbers by customizing marketing strategies to engage agents and increase remittances.
• Help agents lower risks and costs, expand their business, and build loyalty to Alliant National.
• Represent Alliant National at various industry events.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare agreements.
• Monitor departmental performance, identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Manage day‑to‑day aspects of the department and its personnel to ensure projects are completed and goals are met.
• Collaborate with other managers to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and projects.
• Collaborate with other managers to analyze costs, benefits, and losses; assist Regional Agency Manager in profitability analysis of agents.
• Draft, submit, and present various performance and management reports.
• Manage conflicts and resolve complaints within the department.
• Recruit a strong base of top agents in the state market.
• Report to Regional Agency Manager on title insurance and Quality Assurance Review findings.
• Participate in audits of agents' premium production and policy inventory reconciliations.
• Responsible for timely collection of accounts receivable.
• Follow up on Quality Assurance findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor agents' compliance with regulatory requirements and advise leadership of critical issues.
• Deliver existing education programs and add state‑specific programs to enhance training for agents.
• Evaluate agent operations, measure performance, analyze results, and prepare periodic and special reports.
• Responsible for territory metrics, including new agents, remittances, and designated revenue for the assigned region.

Requirements

The position is remote in Florida. Extensive travel is required and the employee must be able to travel by car or air as needed. Occasional extended workdays are required, with some travel and customer entertainment occurring in evenings and weekends.

Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
