As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing a wide range of products—including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, and home wrap—according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards. Your day begins with reviewing the schedule and ensuring the truck is fully stocked with the necessary materials, tools, and equipment. You will conduct vehicle and site safety inspections, unload and stage materials, and report any safety, customer, or quality concerns. Additional duties may include warehouse tasks and any other assignments as directed.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle. The role involves local and occasional out‑of‑town travel to job sites and requires physical stamina for prolonged standing, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 lb. Good hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, and overall physical strength are essential to perform the duties safely and efficiently.
