Documentation: Review technical information intended for customer documentation for accuracy.
Collaboration: Maintain close cooperation with our multi-site R&D team and System Test teams.
Test Development & Execution: Generate robust test cases, execute them, and optimize for reuse and efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Assess the impact of any new features and highlight findings to relevant stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Perform functional and reliability tests, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve technical issues.
Product Maintenance & Support: Maintain support for our existing offer of PLCs and associated products.

Awareness of Ladder Logic or at least one of the IEC 61131-3 programming languages (e.g., Structured Text, Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, etc.).
Test Planning: Understand verification test plans and test setup requirements.
1–2 years of proven experience in the design and development of verification tests in an R&D setup.
Specification Analysis: Understand product features based on industry standard specifications.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
Solid understanding of industrial fieldbus protocols such as EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, Serial Line, and Modbus.
Analytical & Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills paired with systematic troubleshooting skills to thoroughly investigate and resolve technical and customer issues.
Communication: Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural environment.
