We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead local Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance contracts, ensuring sound operational and commercial performance. The role will drive a high‑performing culture, build professional client relationships, and embed a customer‑focused ethos across the team. You will provide clear leadership, mentorship, and motivation, set strategic targets, and lead by example to achieve business objectives.
Key operational duties include managing performance against P&L targets, monitoring KPIs, and upholding governance and risk‑management processes. Proficiency with business systems such as MCM, MSP, Dashboards, Workday and compliance plans is essential. You will embed company values through regular branch/contract meetings, annual appraisals and staff surveys, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
