The company is seeking a Homeowner’s Association (HOA) Manager to establish, oversee, maintain, transition, and manage all HOA entities from inception through turnover. The manager will work with third‑party management firms, supervise HOA staff, coordinate legal documentation, and ensure smooth transitions of common areas and amenity centers. Responsibilities also include budgeting, insurance tracking, financial oversight, and acting as the liaison among the company, homeowners, and management companies.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of related experience, and a Community Association Manager (CAM) license or equivalent state license, plus a valid driver’s license and vehicle. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to travel and attend evening meetings. D.R.
