Minimum of 5 years of experience in built environment industry with experience in asset enhancement initiatives / asset improvement works / retrofit works for commercial buildings/ institution /mixed-used developments;
Candidates who are Energy Auditors, and / or with hands-on experience and knowledge in ACMV/BAS systems are preferred;
Knowledge in green building, M&E (with emphasis on electrical / controls / building automation), materials, and cost & contract management;
Possess robust analytical expertise and problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying and tackling complex issues from multiple angles and crafting inventive solutions;
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), or Engineering degree recognised by Professional Engineers Board, or related field;
Ability to anticipate and prepare for the future, based on trends and insights. Collaborating with partners to plan and navigate complex and uncertain situations.
Broad knowledge of industry partners, practices, construction methods and materials, current technology and the preparation and use of contract documents in construction projects.
