Identify new opportunities, build relationships with developers, agencies, and municipalities, and secure contracts for traffic engineering services.
Manage team workload and project assignments to balance priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
Lead and review traffic engineering analyses, including traffic impact analyses, corridor studies, intersection capacity analysis, safety and crash analysis, travel demand modeling and forecasting, multimodal analysis, simulation studies, signal timing and optimization, origin-destination and travel behavior studies, and environmental/policy support.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including roadway designers and planners, to integrate traffic analysis into project designs and documentation.
Present technical findings to clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in a clear, actionable manner.
Conduct quality control and technical review of traffic studies, reports, and deliverables to ensure compliance with state DOT and FHWA guidelines.
Mentor and coach junior engineers and analysts, supporting professional growth and development.

Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers and analysts.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
Experience in client-facing roles, supporting business development and proposal efforts.
