Update freight spreadsheet as needed for AP exceptions to freight invoices
Manage office supplies by monitoring usage, ordering new supplies, organizing supply closet and maintaining effectiveness
Verify and process daily raw material receipts and update corporate AP spreadsheet
Research and advise on any vendor concerns – missing payments, incorrect invoices, etc.
Responsible for Accounts Payable
Answer outside line - questions related to shipping, location, and transfers to appropriate party
Assist employees with miscellaneous documents – eyeglasses, work boots, direct deposit, etc
File incoming/outgoing BOL paperwork
Maintain files for office
Provide general administrative support to the plant including both financial and non-financial plant activities.
Monitor Jax Accounting & Genpact email box daily, enter & process invoices in Oracle within a 24 hour turnaround (Approx 50+ new daily)
Tracks freight receipts
Verify, track, or research CSX shipments for raw material railcar deliveries
File receiving & shipping paperwork
File Raw Material receipt documents daily as completed
File HR documentation
Follow up and communicate with vendors, USG Employees or other plant departments as needed to resolve Genpact exception issues
Update corresponding spreadsheets as needed with any new invoices received
Collects and distributes mail
Monitor Gate Entrance camera and assist with visitors as needed
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Data entry and accounts payable knowledge
Well organized with the ability to multi-task
Experience with Oracle
Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items up to 25 pounds regularly/occasionally, and to walk short distances around the office or between plant buildings. Occasionally (less than 10%) may be asked to assist with moving furniture for parties, training, or any meeting as necessary.

Working conditions: Work is performed in an office environment, working in close proximity to others, noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, computer, keyboards, copy/fax machine, telephone, etc. This is not a remote position.
