You will be responsible for monthly deliverables, including closings, forecasts, and Budget covering the full financial package and related tasks to ensure reliable financial data reporting according to defined timelines.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Make sure we are compliant with company and country standards, regulations, IFRS accounting standards guidelines, and internal controls. Support internal and external audits.
Adhere to Transfer Pricing Regulation, FEMA Act, timely providing of data for tax, internal and statutory audits
Provide effective cost control reports to business project teams across the business units
You will ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosure.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and business managers within and outside the organization to support operational decision-making.
Provide ad-hoc related financial analysis and participate in relevant financial and transformation initiatives.
Perform quality checks on financial reporting data, including an analytical review of major fluctuations and FX impacts.
You will closely monitor relevant KPI to push for effectiveness in the cost structure and productivity.

Excellent accounting, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a similar degree and professional degree of CA or CMA.
Strong MS Office skills and solid knowledge of ERP (SAP or S4) systems.
Inclusive leader who can lead and motivate team.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
You have a minimum of 12 to 15 years of working experience in finance and business control, preferably from a similar industry, having experience in project control is an added advantage.
