- Familiarity with grant funding and regulatory reporting tools.
- Experience with regional water boards, Caltrans, or local municipalities.
- Proven success in business development and marketing within California.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California (required).

- M.S. or Ph.D. in civil or environmental engineering, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
