The role supports the daily operations of the Collections Department, providing accounts receivable collections for existing customers. Candidates may be based in Lehi, Utah; San Luis Obispo, CA; or San Francisco, CA.

Review AR aging reports daily to spot delinquent invoices.
Contact delinquent customers via phone, email, and letters professionally.
Identify reasons for delinquency and cooperate with customers to resolve.
Document all collection actions accurately for each account.
Manage assigned accounts promptly and accurately.
Communicate account status and escalations to leadership and peers regularly.
Provide accurate, timely performance metric reports.
Report weekly collections metrics against monthly goals.
Support cross‑functional projects and teams.
Effectively interface with diverse individuals or groups frequently.
Work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
