The Project Surveyor will lead the preparation and analysis of boundary surveys, coordinate field and office staff, ensure quality control of reports and plans, and supervise technicians as needed.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree or equivalent experience preferred, and at least five years of surveying experience. A professional land surveyor (PLS) license in Illinois is required, and an Indiana license is highly desirable. Proficiency in Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and advanced knowledge of surveying instruments, measurement systems, trigonometry, and geometry are essential. A valid driver’s license and strong English communication skills are also required.
The position offers a salary range of $68,700 to $111,700 per year, DOE, and requires a pre‑employment drug screen.
