Description

The Invoicing Specialist generates accurate invoices, verifies billing data against contracts, manages accounts receivable, and resolves customer billing inquiries. The specialist maintains billing information in Ajera/Vantage and Excel, prepares financial reports, and collaborates with accounting, project managers, and clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Generate and send accurate, timely invoices for services
• Verify billing information against contracts
• Manage and reconcile accounts receivable, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
• Resolve customer billing inquiries, errors, and disputes
• Maintain billing data in Ajera/Vantage and Excel
• Prepare financial reports on billing status and outstanding balances
• Collaborate with accounting, project managers, management, and clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Respond to internal and external emails/phone calls within 24 hours

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred, and candidates should have at least five years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable. Required skills include advanced knowledge of Ajera/Vantage, strong Excel proficiency, excellent organization, multitasking, problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.

• Proficient in Excel and general office equipment
