This is a great opportunity to really make a difference to our customers by conducting quality repairs such as plumbing, drainage and guttering to their homes across areas such as Bury St Edmunds and Thetford.

  • Undertake basic works of other trades relative to work undertaken or, as directed by line manager
  • Diagnose faults and rectify effectively - repairs carried out on first visit wherever possible
  • Maintain an awareness of all company policies and procedures, including the tenant handbook
  • Identify any repairs that are not landlord responsibility and bring them to the attention of the line manager

We are looking for someone who has...

Due to the nature of some of our roles involving work with vulnerable members of society, this post may be subject to a Basic Criminal Disclosure, which will be carried out when a conditional offer is made.

  • NVQ level 3 plumbing or similar
  • Where additional works are required, the ability to provide clear information as to work, duration and materials required
  • Good customer care skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • WRAS Qualifications
  • G3 Unvented Qualifications
  • Competent user of I.T.
