Execute all administrative tasks associated with the commercial function, monitor and respond to market and competitor activities and analysis.
You will ensure EM3 is hitting its North American milestones by managing continuing business growth and the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation.
Deliver agreed upon EM3 LLC business plans, budgets and forecasts, ensuring sales meet or exceed targets.
Promote brand awareness and development as well as identifying targeting and pursuit of new Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Life Sciences clients.
Develop and execute the company’s North American business strategies by developing a business model to support long-term financial sustainability.
Accurately forecast sales and cash flows, generate and protect short- and long-term revenue streams and leverage technology and process enhancements to improve financial results.
Reporting to the Business Development Director, your strategic objective will be to lead and manage sales and marketing activities predominantly in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Life Sciences sectors in North America based in New Jersey or Chicago. Some activities in the Food and Beverage sector will also be part of the role. You must plan for and manage the delivery of a sales budget in line with the strategic plan for the region.
Support current and future expansion of operations and work with the Operations team to ensure the optimal allocation of resources needed to achieve the goals and objectives of the strategic plan.
Ensure the implementation of the EM3 LLC strategic and operating plan and set budgets that meets or exceeds goals while optimising EM3's position as a market leader market and enhance and maintain its market position.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience in a multi-service consultancy, managing scaling consultancy services for clients in Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Life Sciences sectors.
Proven leadership qualities and excellent people management skills, ability to inspire employees and motivate, and promote a positive culture.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven leadership and management experience as a Account Director, Sales Account Executive, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Commercial Manager scaling consultancy companies and dealing with large Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Life Sciences companies.
A strong focus on execution. This individual must be strategic and creative, but strong execution capabilities are critical for success.
The ability to think strategically and the foresight to think about problems ahead of time.
