- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical (MEP) Engineering.
- Proven experience managing design teams and delivering electrical (MEP) designs.
- Experience working with a large multi-disciplinary team.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, pressure environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on large, complex infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or equivalent is an asset.
