  • Compose correspondence and reports as needed
  • Assist with the acquisition of materials and equipment
  • Advise and assist Project Managers with potential problems, work interferences, and scheduling difficulties
  • Monthly progress billing to General Contractors
  • Prepare special reports per supervisor request
  • Process day-to-day administrative items per supervisor’s request (i.e. expense reports, supply requisitions, Pos, HR transaction forms, budgets, etc.)
  • Assist in the coordination of project activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget constraints
  • Check deadlines on all incoming requests and take initiative on appropriate priorities
  • Assist Project Managers in planning work schedules, determining manpower levels, and arranging for the assignment of project employees

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner

  • Time reporting for field employees
  • Associate's degree; or a minimum of 2 years of previous administrative experience
