As the Principal Architect for the north west office, you will lead conceptual design teams from the front delivering sustainable, cost-effective solutions while engaging directly with clients and managing technical design aspects. This role offers the successful individual a career defining opportunity with a clear succession plan for the future.

Registered Architect (ARB/RIBA or equivalent).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/Rhino, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven all-rounder
Strong management, leadership and coordination skills.
