The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in concept development, space planning, design detailing, sustainability, and modern architectural trends. The role requires excellent leadership and coordination skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from a reputed institution and a minimum of 8 years of experience in designing buildings, particularly in the healthcare, hospitality, education, and sports sectors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with feasibility studies, FSI analysis, or transaction advisory.
- Strong understanding of prevailing regulations especially DCPR & UDCPR 2034
- Ability to work on multiple assignments and deliver within timelines.
- Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, PowerPoint, and report writing.
- Knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus a Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate dynamics, development regulations, and planning frameworks.
