The Manager, Optimization (Telecom Field Service) will join the Innovation and Optimization team to drive cost‑reduction and revenue‑growth initiatives, improve operational workflows, and deliver successful projects. This role requires deep telecom industry knowledge and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to meet project objectives on time and within budget.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC, generator, or data‑center optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, GIS, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with ESRI products or knowledge of software development best practices.
- Proven program‑manager experience handling multiple $1M+ projects.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
