Edit and format project documents, ensuring consistency and quality.
Support progress and finance reviews, including time tracking, budget management, and rate checks.
Prepare monthly reports and support presentation development.
Perform translations using specific tools when required.
Follow up on payments (where not handled by AP).
Upload proposals to ERM tools (Commercial Hub).
Assist Project Manager in providing contract evidence for out-of-scope activities requested by the client
Create flyers or case studies of completed projects for future proposals
Support integration of pricing into proposals (e.g., converting ERM pricing tool into Client tools).
Interact with PM and Finance for uploading contracts in the Contract Repository.
Assist in preparing proposals, including case studies, archiving references, CV formatting, templates, and standard chapters (leveraging AI tools).
Prepare weekly or monthly project updates.
Create flyers or case studies of completed projects for future proposals.
Logistical arrangements and support on HS documents and tracking near misses or incidents.
Manage project closure checklist execution and archive related documents.
